A small, salaried brokerage with very high standards. If the modern brokerage we describe sounds like the one you want to work at, we want to hear from you.
Who we are
Guided Home Realty is a California real estate brokerage (DRE #02141655) reinventing residential representation around a flat fee instead of a percentage commission. Casy Rasti is the broker of record. We are small by design, operate from Newark, and serve clients across California. We hire people who would rather get one transaction right than chase ten.
How we are different to work for
· Salaried agents on the listing side, not commission. We pay a real wage so the conversation with a seller is never about how much you need to close this month. · One transaction at a time per agent, end-to-end. No leads-vs-closers split. · Editorial-standard marketing for every listing — pro photo, video, copy, paid distribution — handled in-house. · An eighty-twenty operations stack: tools we build internally so the licensee can focus on the human work. · Direct mentorship from a designated broker who answers texts on weekends.
Currently open
· Licensed California real estate agent — Bay Area focus. Salary plus close bonus. · Transaction coordinator (CAR forms, DocuSign, escrow milestones). Hybrid Newark. · Operations & marketing associate (listings, social, paid). Newark or remote California. If the role you would want is not listed, send a note anyway. We hire when the person is right, not when the requisition is open.
How to apply
Email careers@guidedhomerealty.com with a short note and a resume or LinkedIn URL. Tell us one listing, deal, or campaign in your past that you are proud of, and one thing about traditional commission real estate that you would change. No cover letter, no portal — Casy reads every application personally.
